Our Process

What you can expect when you work with us

We believe in you and we want you to succeed! To make that happen, we are open and transparent about all job positions. For example, if a position requires onsite presence 2 days a week, we let you know up front. No surprises.

While Zenfreed will place you with our clients for your day-to-day assignments, you will work for Zenfreed. If we find you are not a good for fit for the first job you are interested in, we will keep working with you as other openings come up! We work exclusively right now with government clients and different agencies with the State of Michigan.

Our jobs commonly do not require security clearances but, if they do, it’s noted up front. We do, however, always conduct background checks and drug screening; sometimes fingerprinting is required.

Your success is our success. We only grow when you are placed in the right position. That is our passion.

Steps in our process

  1. You submit an application (see our current openings, or join the Talent Pool if you don’t see what you’re looking for).
  2. If you meet the criteria, we will begin our screening process, by phone or Zoom. We’ll ask questions and get to know you and your qualifications – and your attitude! During this time, we will let you know the expected timelines of the next steps in the interview process, and get documents signed through an electronic document signing system.
  3. At this point, we are your advocate with our client! We will take care of the paperwork, the interviews, and guide you through the process. If an offer is extended, it will be contingent upon passing the necessary background checks, drug screening, and fingerprinting, if necessary. We are by your side during each step to make sure the process is moving along! No surprises.
